(1-25 of 52)PandaDoc is best for esign
- Signing documents
- Confirmation of wanted documents
- Confirmation of completed documents
- User friendly
- Cost effective or no costs involved
- Some of the features are not there which should be include e.g circle as appropriate in monthly, biweekly or weekly
- If we use check boxes more than one than it will not finish the document if only one check box clicked.so optional check boxes are not working.
other ways more than one check box should be available and if only one check box clicked (as required) than it should allow finish the document.
Why I Use Pandadoc for All My Proposals
- Integrates with Hubspot
- Stores reusable items in a content library
- Accepts payments (greatly reducing payment friction)
- Provides many useful templates.
- The table builder could be a little more robust.
- It can be difficult to figure out which token to use so it can grab the info from Hubspot
- It could offer better integration with meeting tools so you can go over proposals with clients.
Navigating the Document Jungle with Ease
- Easy to customization to each customer
- Ability to combine one or two documents in a go
- Documents are safe to deliver to the clients
- Integration capabilities
- Mobile App functionality
- Pricing flexibility
I love fuzzy pandas
- Embed dynamic content like videos, images, tables, etc. into proposal documents
- Drag and drop signature and field organization
- Templating for future use
- Reporting on page views for insights - it's there but could be more robust.
Great tool for Signature and more than you expected
Pandadoc solves all of these problems above and also added additional functionality to our tech stack by offering forms and also templates we could use through the Sales process
- Document signing
- Easy to use Sales presentation templates and content
- Online forms for signatures
- Link to Pipedrive
- The visibility of who has completed but not fully signed. I love the dashboard but have to consistently scroll to get back to where I was looking and find interesting agreements to surface where we have not counter signed yet.
- More calculated fields that are custom to us
Use Panda to double your business.
- Signatures.
- Date of contract.
- Able to fill in credit card information.
- Able to include descriptions of the products being sold.
- when filling in credit card information, the cc must match the the person's name, this is a problem when the wife signs the contract but uses her husband cc. there should be flexibility here.
- "TEXT" box needs explanation, clients don't know what this means.
- click boxes don't allow me to put in any explanations
Ease of use
- Agreements
- Ease of use
- Visually appealing software.
- Safe to use
- Incorporate a charging sytem to it
- Incorporate a review system to it
- Enable deal rooms made up of different members of the sales team, sales management, legal, etc.
- Center align the text within pdf file
- Create library of branded elements and templates to use in documents.
- Manage signers and signatures.
- Match corporate style guides, including custom fonts and colors.
- Interweave variables in templates and documents to speed up sending new docs.
- Layouts for multi-column design are based on tables and feel a little constrained.
- Pricing better suited for small, boutique teams would be nice. It's just a little pricey. Worth it though.
It's not as great for simple word processing. Use Google Docs or Microsoft Word for that.
We also found it too constraining for very detailed, complex design brochures. Use graphics design software for that.
When you need a well branded, moderately design, but highly templated document to reuse, Pandadoc is a gem.
Easy to use e-signing platform!
- Templates: It's easy to create a template with customizable fields to make it simple to send the same document/contract repeatedly.
- Reminders: Once a document is sent, PandaDoc takes care of sending automated reminders until it's signed. You can also change the frequency of those reminders as needed.
- Integration: We use HubSpot extensively and PandaDoc's integration makes our tracking really easy across teams.
- Speed: Sometimes PandaDoc can be a little slow to load documents.
- Dashboard UI: I think they are working on an overhaul of this, but currently it can be a little cluttered and confusing to look at.
Great contract management tool for startups
- Ease of use
- Sending contacts to prospects
- Contract tracking
- Contract management
- User Interface
- Electronic signature
- Stats tracking of sent proposals
- Content library saves time
- It seems slow and sometimes laggy. Annoying occasionally, but tolerable
- When entering variables in a line of text, sometimes the alignment and character spacing between the variable and the text is misaligned. Sometimes the variable text appears too high (superscript) above the line and sometimes the character spacing between the inserted variable and the following text is either too small or too big. This shows the reader that it's not personalized.
- This may be a user error, but when a proposal expires, how can I easily activate it again (change status) to extend the expiration without redoing/making the proposal?
Great Service and Easy to Use
- Ease of use for sending documents
- Ease of use for those signing documents
- Records for when a document was signed
- It would be great to be able to upload multiple files into one document
Works Great for all businesses
- Ability to provide various options to create documents
- Ease of use
- duplicability
- Customer Service Questions and Answers
- Pricing for Forms
- Completed documents page, too much scrolling
- Ability to order signatures
- Calculations of line items and discounts
- Integration with CRM system
- Easy to understand interface and options
- Text fields are hard to edit.
- Layout of menus is confusing. Everything on different sides of the document.
- Lots of images and options in each menus option.
You had me at FORMS!
- Having one link for a form that all clients can use to sign documents
- Drag and drop boxes that capture the necessary information with validation
- Notification emails that help me keep the pulse of where clients are in the process
- Form links allow us to automate generic email campaigns instead of customizing emails.
- Making the process for building forms easy.
- I want to clone and tweak forms just slightly (I've been uploading PDFs) but it's not intuitive.
- Naming of forms: sometimes I end up with one called "new form" and it's not what I intended. Not sure how that happens.
- Templates are useful
- Friendly dashboard & easy to understand
- Affordable
- More signature fonts
PandaDoc - simple and easy to use, yet customizable
- Searchability of past documents
- Formatting the documents
- Saving templates
- Overall ease of use, good UI
- Sometimes notifications that a document has been signed do not get emailed
Digital contracts is the future and PandaDoc brings that future very intuitively to your grasp!
- Digitalizing contracts.
- Audit trails on signatures.
- Assigning signees including open fields such as texts.
- Single source of templates.
- Better engine to generate templates from PPT not just Word.
- Easily activate expired documents from main view.
TwentyThree.Five THRIVES with PandaDoc!
- Very easy to put a new document together in the builder.
- Very easy to send documents to clients via email.
- Very easy customer experience, they know where to sign and how to sign easily.
- Being able to add or remove signature boxes without deleting previous signatures.
A Vital Contract Tool for Distribute Teams
- Real-time notifications of views as well as when a party has completed the document
- Ability to set up integrations with payment systems
- Ability to program it to automatically send a completed contract to all relevant parties when it's been completed
- Using templates that have already been created is very easy. Challenges arise when you're trying to create something unique from scratch.
- It drives me crazy that there's no easy to find search function. If I'm looking for a completed agreement from months prior, I have to scroll through everything in the program to find it.
- We have a section for templates. But on multiple occasions, someone has accidentally gone in and modified the template. Would be great to see a feature that notifies you if you're about to modify a template instead of just using it to create a new document.
Terrific for streamlining sending contracts
- templated contracts
- tracking document openings and completion
- sending reminders to signatories
- ease of use in adjusting text fields and boxes
What you see is what you get
- Document chain of custody
- Communication of progress
- Easy of integration into HubSpot
- interface to insert signature fields
The best e-signature collection tool out there
- Collecting signatures remotely.
- Provides an additional page for audit tracing of where a document was sent & times signed.
- Can be used across multiple platforms on mobile devices or desktop computer.
- Drag & Drop simple design anyone can do it.
- Integrating payment processing could be useful for certain situations if that isn't offered. I've not seen the option if it is offered.
- Additional optional features for KYC (Know your customer) could be useful such as verifying by taking photos or entering driver's license info, etc.
Great product
- Contract customization
- Esignature integration
- Ease of use as admin
Easy to Use!
- know the status of viewing and signing
- simple to add signer
- let's me send hyperlink to form, not only through PandaDoc system
- make the form feature free, my org has found one that let's you do that for free
